Organic Food

We use organic and green products in the Auberge Les Liards

At the guesthouse, it is very important for us to use organic products coming from as nearby as possible.

We are working mainly with local (organic) producers, but also with our own production from our kitchengarden or orchard. Our shopping is done in organic shops, especially in a small shop run by volonteers in Sauxillanges l'Alternateur, where we are volonteers ourselves.
